EMIS Logistics provides haulage, courier, and logistics services across the United Kingdom. All services are subject to availability and these terms.
2. Quotes & Pricing
Quotes provided through our website or by our team are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary based on actual shipment details, weight, dimensions, and any special requirements.
3. Insurance
All shipments are covered by our goods-in-transit insurance. Additional cover can be arranged upon request for high-value goods.
4. General Conditions & Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks.
5. Modifications to the Service and Prices
Prices for our services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
6. Prohibited Uses

Our liability for loss or damage to goods in transit is governed by the CMR Convention and/or the Road Haulage Association Conditions of Carriage, as applicable. Full details are available on request.
Otherwise, we do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products and services delivered to you are provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless EMIS Logistics and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, and employees, from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or violation of any law.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
